How do we ship your order? |

We ship daily from
Monday through Friday with USPS, UPS or Fedex ground.
All orders will be shipped from our California warehouse.
Please make sure that you
provide us with your physical address and not a PO Box
address, as we cannot ship to PO Box address.
There is
no shipping on weekends. If order is received on Friday
after 2:00 PM PST, it will be processed on the next
following business day

Processing & Delivery Time |
| After payment
has been cleared (usually takes 2-5 days), all orders will
be processed within 48 hours. Estimated delivery time
will take about 7-10 business days for ground shipping. |

International customers,
please
email us with your
city, postal code, and country and a brief message of
what you would like to order (so we can estimate the
weight), and how soon do you need to get them. There
will be some additional duty & taxes fees at the arrival
time, in which cannot be determined beforehand.
International customers are liable to pay for these
fees, which usually billed from the shipping courier (Fedex
or UPS).

How do
you return your order? |
- You have 10 business
days to return your order by calling our customer
service at 800-207-2750 or e-mail us at
sales@caljavaonline.com and
request an authorization number. It is a must to
obtain an authorization number in order for us to refund
your purchases.
- All return item must
be packed in the original box or boxes.
- All return item must
be in good condition.
- 15% restocking fee to
be applied and shipping charges are not refundable.
- The balance will be
credited to your credit card used at the time of
ordering.
- Inspect outer packaged
well when UPS or Fedex driver still there, if you notice
badly damaged during transit, you may refuse the package
and let the driver make note of the damage.
- If the package was
dropped off at your front door while you were away,
please notify UPS of Fedex office by phone immediately.
To call UPS call 800-pickups and for Fedex call
800-gofedex.
- Never accept a damaged
good.
- Upon acceptance of the
package, inspect the content immediately, if you find
the content unacceptable, notify our office by calling
800-207-2750 or e-mail us at
