How do we ship your order? |

CALJAVA
INTERNATIONAL has been shipping Ready to Use Gum Paste
Flowers and other cake decorating supplies world-wide for
the last 25 years. All our flowers are packed very
carefully, and due to the fragile nature of the products
that we ship, we have developed a secure & safe gum paste
flower packaging.
We ship
daily Monday through Friday with USPS, UPS or FedEx ground.
All orders will be shipped from our Northridge, California
warehouse.
Please make sure that you provide us with your physical
address and not a PO Box address, as we do not ship
to PO Box addresses.
There is no shipping on weekends.
If the order is received on a Friday after 2:00 PM PST, it
will be processed on the next following business day. |

Processing & Delivery Time |
|
After payment has been cleared
(Credit Cards clear overnight, E-Checks/Debit Cards usually
2-5 days for clearing),
all orders will be processed within 72 hours (3 business
days. Weekends & Public Holidays not included).
Estimated delivery time will take about 7-10 business days
for ground shipping (depending on destination). Although
orders normally are shipped speedily, please refer to the
chart for reference. |

International Orders |
We gladly ship internationally as we are committed to
shipping the products quickly & at the lowest cost to
you. Please understand the high costs to shipping
internationally.
For
international customers,
you will initially be charged by PayPal for the items
purchased. The shipping costs will be charged
separately once the order is processed. International
shipping costs can only be determined once the order has
been placed, because the shipping is determined by the
size of the package and its total weight. Please
email

with your city, postal code, country and a brief message
of what you had ordered (so we can estimate the weight),
and how soon you will need the items. We will then send
you a shipping quote. Once you have received the
shipping quote, you have 5 days to respond. And if we
do not receive a response, the order will be canceled
and restocked. There will be some additional duty and
tax fees at the arrival time, in which cannot be
determined beforehand. International customers are
liable to pay for these fees, which are usually billed
from the shipping courier (FedEx or UPS).

How do
you return your order? |

You have 10 business days to return your order by
calling our customer service at 800-207-2750 or e-mail
us at
sales@caljavaonline.com
and request an authorization number. It is a must to
obtain an authorization number in order for us to refund
your purchases.

Please inspect the outer package well when the UPS or
FedEx driver is still there. If you notice the package
is badly damaged during transit, you may refuse the
package & let the driver make note of the damage.

All returning items must be packed in its original box
or boxes. If the item is not returned it its original
box and packing material, and the carrier denies the
damage claim due to inadequate packaging, we cannot
issue a refund.

All returning items must be in good condition.

There is a 15% restocking fee to be applied for
returning items.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

In shipping your returning goods, please insure it for
the value of the contents. If the order is lost in
transit while returning, Caljava will not assume
responsibility.

The balance will be credited to your credit card used at
the time of ordering.

If the package was dropped off at your front door while
you were away, please notify UPS of FedEx office by
phone immediately.
To call UPS call 800-PICKUPS and for FedEx call
800-GOFEDEX.

Never accept damaged goods.

Upon
acceptance of the package, please inspect the content
immediately. If you find the content unacceptable,
notify our office by calling 800-207-2750 or email us at

Mistakes do happen. Please call our customer service desk
800-207-2750or e-mail us at
sales@caljavaonline.com
to notify us of the mistake within 3 days of receiving the
package so we can correct the error. |

Attention to Detail |
|
Please
pay extra attention to detail when filling out your Shipping
Address & Billing Address. Any orders in which
CaljavaOnline has been provided the incorrect shipping
address and as a result must be rerouted at a later date,
will incur an $11.00 Interception Fee issued by the Shipping
Carrier. This is a standard rerouting fee charged by the
Carrier and not issued by CaljavaOnline.com. So please take
extra care when filling out the proper shipping information.
If any
order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address
provided by the customer, we will reship the order at the
customer’s shipping expense. If the customer does not wish
to have the order reshipped, there will be a 15% restocking
fee plus the original shipping charges.
Orders that are shipped to a customer & refused will be
charged shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. |

Price Adjustments |
|
If you had recently purchased an item at regular price and
it is now on sale, we allow a price adjustment only if it is
within 24 hours after the initial purchase was made via
PayPal. However, price adjustments are not honored on
certain large sales such as the ICES sale, Black
Friday/Cyber Monday & others. |
